How / What Sufferers Think... Is This You?
- The sufferers study themselves constantly and are always aware of what is taking place within themselves,i.e how they feel.
- They look at others around them mixing on with their lives and it's this contrast that can make them feel very alone.
- They look at others and think: "Why can't I be like them?"
- They have two voices in their minds:
a.The
voice of doubt suggesting the worst might happen. For example, they will faint,
collapse, have a heart attack, not be able to continue breathing, die, lose
control or go crazy.
b.The
voice of panic that is desperately trying to tell them that they are going to
be all right, but it never convinces them.
